That might mean finding a way for residents to stay connected with their families, making a care environment easier to navigate, reducing the disruption caused by a refurbishment, or simplifying how furniture is ordered across dozens of homes.
The answer looks different every time. What matters is that it solves a genuine problem for the people using the space.
