Delivery Service

• Orders placed before 12pm each day will be delivered within the identified estimated lead time unless otherwise specified.
• All orders are subject to a delivery charge of £79+Vat* or 2.5% of the basket value, which ever is greater.
• All soft furnishing orders are subject to a delivery charge of £19.95 + Vat for order of up to 10 items, for orders over 10 items an extra £2 per item charge applies. These will arrive separately to any furniture orders placed.
• Room placement and assembly (where necessary) is included in all deliveries subject to rooms being ready and instructions on delivery. Packaging will be removed from site.

Damaged Goods:

• Goods must be thoroughly checked by customer on delivery prior to delivery personnel leaving the site.
• Any damage must be reported to delivery personnel and noted on delivery paperwork
• Any damages reported after goods have been signed for, will not be accepted.
