Nightingale House Café

Edison & Day collaborated with the team at Nightingale Hammerson to furnish the newly refurbished café space at Nightingale House, creating a warm, contemporary environment designed to support everyday connection, comfort and wellbeing. Part of the home’s wider transformation programme, the café was designed to offer residents, visitors and staff a welcoming hospitality-led setting for socialising, relaxing and dining.

Our scope included the supply and manufacture of all loose furniture throughout the space, including dining chairs, bistro tables, armchairs, sofas and occasional tables. Working closely with the Nightingale Hammerson team, we helped develop a furniture and finishes scheme that aligned with the desired aesthetic while complementing pre-selected wood tones throughout the refurbishment. The completed interior combines a variety of product styles, textures and fabrics, whilst also showcasing one of our newest stain finishes, Brown Orlean, bringing warmth, character and a refined residential feel to the finished café environment.
