Because every Edison & Day™ piece is crafted to our exact specifications and quality standards, we’re proud to stand behind the workmanship. From the moment your furniture is delivered, it’s covered by a full five-year warranty against any fault caused by materials or manufacture.
What is covered
- Structural integrity (e.g. frames, fixings, welds, joints, legs, internal mechanisms)
- Workmanship faults (e.g. stitching, seams, upholstery failures that weren't apparently on delivery)
- Component defects (e.g. handles, castors, locks, hinges, motors)
- Moving parts (e.g drawer runners, recliner actions)
What isn't covered
- Everyday wear & tear (e.g. minor scuffs, fabric pilling or colour-change caused by sunlight)
- Accidental damage or misuse (e.g. kneeling on arms, standing on seats, dragging items, over-loading drawers)
- Incorrect cleaning products (e.g. bleach, solvent-based, or any agent not recommend in our cleaning guide)
- Third-party alterations (e.g. DIY repairs, upholstery re-covers or parts fitted by non-authorised engineers
